Public Issue of 90,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued for cash at a price of Rs. 70 (including premuim of Rs. 60) per share aggregating Rs. 63.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The Issue would constitute 31.03% of the fully diluted Post Issue Paid-up Capital of SPL Industries Limited.

Objective of issue

To set up a new Yarn Dyeing Plant. Expand the capacity for knitting &dyeing of Fabric. Expand the capacity for knitting Garment Plant. Set up a new plant for manufact. of woven garments.
