The issue less market maker reservationPortion i.e. Net issue of 53,72,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 72 per equity share, aggregating Rs.38.69 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 30% and 28.48% respectively of the fullyDiluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 each.The issue price is Rs.72 and is 7.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
