Public issue of 175,000,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each (equity shares) for cash at a price of Rs.525/- per equity share aggregating Rs.9187.50 Crores (issue). 1,000,000 equity shares of Rs.2 each will be reserved in the issue for subscription by employees (as defined herein), (employee reservation portion). The offer of equity shares other than the employee reservation portion shall be called the net issue. The issue shall constitute 10.27% of the fully diluted post-issue capital of our company.Issue Price is Rs.525/- per equity share of face value Rs.2/-Issue price is 262.5 time the face value

Acquisition of Land & Development Rights. Develop.& Construction costs for existing Project. Prepayment of loans of our company.
