Public Issue of 47,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 315 for cash aggregating Rs. 148.05 crores(hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The Issue would constitute 26.44 % of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the Company. Employee Reservation 1,88,000 Equity shares. Net offer to the public shall be 45,12,000 Equity shares.The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is 31.5 times of the face value.
