In accordance with the Companys Code to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders the Trading window would remain closed for Promoters Directors other Connected persons and designated employees of the Company from April 01 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration and dissemination of said financial results to the stock exchange. The closure is in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31 2025.
