We hereby inform you that the Company has agreed to acquire and/or subscribe 54020 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 100% stake) of the Company styled BIMAL SWITCHGEAR PRIVATE LIMITED pursuant to approval of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 16th January 2025.
