In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter ended 31st March 2025 based on the confirmation certificate received from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited RTA of the Company we certify/confirm that within the stipulated time of receipt of the securities received for dematerialisation:a) The securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) of Security have been listed on the Stock Exchanges;b) Securities received from the depository participant for dematerilisation during the quarter ended 31st March 2025 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by us; andc) The said Certificate(s) after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner.
