Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chairman

Shri Pankaj Kumar IAS has resigned as Director and Chairman from the Board of Directors of the Company on account of his superannuation as Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat vide GAD Notification No. AIS/35.2023/07/G dated 25th January 2023. His resignation is effective from 1st February 2023.
