At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today the Board has taken on record the unauditedfinancial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31 2022. The said results have beensubjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. The results and Limited Review Report is also enclosed herewith.The Exchanges are also informed that the Board meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. and the results were approvedby 1.05 p.m. and the Board Meeting continued thereafter for other matters.This communication is in compliance with the Listing Regulations and other provisions as applicable.
