At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today the Board has taken on record the unaudited<BR> financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31 2022. The said results have been<BR> subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. The results and Limited Review Report is also enclosed<BR> herewith.<BR> The Exchanges are also informed that the Board meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. and the results were approved<BR> by 1.05 p.m. and the Board Meeting continued thereafter for other matters.<BR> This communication is in compliance with the Listing Regulations and other provisions as applicable.
