Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor report trading by designated persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI the Trading Window of the company shall remain closed from 01st April 2025 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the half-year ended and year ended 31st March 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
