Grant of 3000 stock options to its eligible employees in terms of the Companys ESOP Scheme-2022. One stock option grant represents one equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The aforesaid options were granted at exercise price of Rs. 500 per equity share which is at discount of 48.96% to the closing price of the companys equity share on the NSE Ltd on January 01 2025
