In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Shri Sanjeeb Mohanty (DIN: 09559883) was appointed as a Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director on the Board of the Company effective from 06 Apr 2022 for a period of three years by the Ministry of Defence Government of India vide its letter dated 25 Mar 2022. The three-year tenure of Shri Sanjeeb Mohanty concluded on 05 Apr 2025.Accordingly Shri Sanjeeb Mohanty ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 06 Apr 2025.
