Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/03/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the amendment in the terms of issue size for raising funds by issuing Rights Equity Shares as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 04th December 2024 and 14th January 2025 respectively.
