Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated person and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March 2025.
