Ltd.(Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) which is registered as Category-I Registrar & Share Transfer Agent with the Securities and Exchange Board of India vide Registration Number: INR000004058 confirming compliance with the requirements on behalf of the Bank for the quarter ended March 31 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith a copy of the Notice sent to the shareholders of DCB Bank Limited (the Bank) regarding the unclaimed dividend (FY 2017-18) and underlying shares due for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority on July 7 2025You are requested to take the above on your record in compliance with the requirements.

We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 151340 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on March 24 2025 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314136058 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 314287398 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations please note that the representatives of DCB Bank Limited (the Bank) had participated in investor meeting (One-to-One) with Bandhan Life Insurance Limited on March 12 2025. The information which is already in public domain was only discussed / shared during the meeting.

This is to inform you that pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and DCB Bank- Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of DCB Bank Limited (the Bank) shall remain closed for all the designated persons from March 16 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ending March 31 2025.The date of Board Meeting in which the financial results would be considered shall be intimated separately in due course.
