Chalet Hotels Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Kenwood Hotels Private Limited' on January 6 1986. On July 19 1997 the Company was converted into a Public Company and the name was changed to 'Kenwood Hotels Limited'. On April 6 1998 the name of Company was further changed to 'K. Raheja Resorts & Hotels Limited'. Thereafter on May 4 1999 the name was changed to 'Chalet Hotels Limited'. On the conversion of Company to a Private Limited Company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC on October 15 2011 the name changed to 'Chalet Hotels Private Limited'. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we hereby inform that Mr. Gaurav Singh has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from January 15 2025 and a member of the Senior Management as per Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 74(5)of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations please find attached herewith a copy of the certificate received from RTA of the Company KFin Technologies Limited for the quarter ended December 31 2024.Request you to take the same on record.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and further to the Companys intimation dated October 24 2024 conveying approval of the Board of Directors raising long-term funds by way of Non-Convertible Debentures please be informed that the Finance Committee at its meeting held today i.e. January 9 2025 considered and approved the issue and offer of Listed Rated Secured Non-cumulative Taxable Transferable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs.75 crore to eligible investor(s) on a Private Placement basis (within the overall limit of Rs.600 crore).

This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and specified connected persons will be closed for the purpose of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 with effect from January 1 2025 upto the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the said Financial Results.
