We wish to inform you that a Special Court designated under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 has directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau Mumbai to register a FIR against some individuals including Mr. Pramod Agrawal who is currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company Century Plyboards (India) Limited. This is based on a complaint alleging stock market fraud and regulatory violations. Other details attached.
