Pursuant to the compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) We would like to inform you that the BLS International FZE subsidiary of the Company is in process to acquire 99.90% share capital of BLS VENTURES S.R.L. a company incorporated under the law of Dominican Republic. As a result of this acquisition BLS VENTURES S.R.L. will become directly and indirectly a wholly owned Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company (SDS-WOS).
