Dear Sir/MadamThis is to inform you that as per the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2018 (PIT Regulations) as amended from time to time and as per the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under the said Regulations (the Code) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by insiders/designated persons will remain closed w.e.f. January 1 2023 for the purpose of Financial Results for the quarter/period ended December 31 2022 and shall reopen only on completion of 48 hours from the declaration of the said Financial Results.
