Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received order(s) from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Central Tax and Central Excise Amaravathi CGST Divisional Office Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh and Office of Excise and Taxation Officer Hisar Haryana imposing penalty on the Company pertaining to the Financial Year 2020-21. The above mentioned orders are related to GST on Input Tax credit availed and GST on Outward supply & E-way bill documentation pertaining to the Financial Year 2020-21. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13 2023 are enclosed herewith.
