Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Bandhan Bank Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Friday January 20 2023 has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31 2022.
