In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 30 January 2023 have approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2022.
