We hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 92792 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 27th January 2023 pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Schemes as per the applicable regulations.The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 6665121110 to Rs. 6666049030.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we submit herewith the transcript of the conference call held on Thursday 19th January 2023 for the Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter & Nine months ended on 31st December 2022.In compliance of Regulation 46 of the Listing Regulations the transcript is also made available on the Banks website at https://www.aubank.in/investors/quarterly-reports.

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations we submit herewith the Intimation regarding the loss of share certificate received from Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents of the Bank.As required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 the Bank shall after due compliance of the required formalities issue Letter of Confirmation to the concerned shareholder.

Pursuant to Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2022 is published in all the editions of Business Standard in English Newspaper and in Jaipur edition of Nafa Nuksan Newspaper in Hindi on 20th January 2023. The copies of the newspaper advertisements are enclosed for reference.
