Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company) informs that the Company had submittted bid for the project viz. Construction of Earth Work Major Bridges Minor Bridges Rubs P. Way Work and miscellaneous Civil Works in Connection with Gauge Conversion Work from Pachora - Jamner (Approx. 53.3 Km) Excluding Pachora Yard and Road Over Bridges for Central Railway.This is to inform that Company has emerged as the Lowest Bidder for the Project the Bid Value of which is Rs. 568.86 Crore excluding GST.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company) inform that as part of the strategic restructuring plan the Company has sold its entire stake (100%) held in its 16 wholly owned subsidiary companies as per list enclosed hereto as Annexure A to Unique Hybrid Renewables Energy Private Limited another wholly owned subsidiary (Acquiring Subsidiary).

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company) informs that as part of a strategic restructuring the Company has sold 51% of its shareholding (2550 equity shares) held in Prakashmaan Renewable Energy Private Limited (Prakashmaan) to Sunbreeze Renewables Private Limited (Sunbreeze).The Company informs that the Company has sold 2550 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each full paid-up in Prakashmaan for a consideration of Rs. 19800000/-.Subsequent to this transaction the Company will hold 2450 Equity Shares (49%) and Prakashmaan will become an Associate Company.
