Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone And Consolidated Financial Results For The fourth Quarter and year Ended March 31 2025 (ii)Payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 and to fix Record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend if declared by the Board; and (iii)Raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis in one or more tranches/issues/series as per the business requirement of the Company.
