Angel One Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 25 2025 regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on April 16 2025 for consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in the aforesaid meeting will also consider the matter pertaining to recommendation of final dividend if any to the shareholders for the financial year 2024-25.
