Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed for the purpose of consideration of Financial Results for the half year/year ended March 31 2025 from Tuesday April 01 2025 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
