Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar on Tuesday broke the alliance between his party, the Janata Dal (United), or JD(U), and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), alleging ‘conspiracy’ by the BJP to break the JD(U) and resigned as CM.
