India at 75: The Constitution hasn't worked well in at least 105 ways

While the Constitution has worked well to preserve our rights and institutions, it hasn't worked well at all in at least 105 ways because it has been amended that many times

There are two ways of looking at the Constitution over the last 75 years. The uncritical way is to say that it has worked well. The critical way is to say it has been amended 105 times, so how can you say it has worked well? 

As always, the answer lies in the middle. It has worked well in at
