Max Healthcare Institute announced that Gaurav Trehan (DIN: 03467781 ), nominee of Kayak Investments Holding (Kayak), has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2022 on account of the shareholding of Kayak falling to approximately 0.7% of the equity share capital of the Company.
