Tata Steel hikes stake in Tata Steel Mining

Tata Steel has, on 14 June 2022, paid consideration for acquiring Rs 1,04,75,196 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 9.15 per share, of Tata Steel Mining , a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for an amount aggregating to approximately Rs 20.06 crore (hereinafter referred to as the 'Transaction'). Upon completion of the Transaction, Tata Steel Mining will continue to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
