Real Estate shares gain

Real Estate stocks were trading in the positive zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index rising 34.93 points or 0.97% at 3637.62 at 09:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 7.84%), Phoenix Mills Ltd (up 2.01%),DLF Ltd (up 0.84%),Godrej Properties Ltd (up 0.79%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (up 0.59%), were the top gainers. Among the other gainers were Oberoi Realty Ltd (up 0.38%), and Macrotech Developers Ltd (up 0.38%).

On the other hand, Sobha Ltd (down 0.92%), Brigade Enterprises Ltd (down 0.45%), and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 0.26%) moved lower.

 

At 09:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 73.18 or 0.12% at 60186.95.

The Nifty 50 index was down 23.15 points or 0.13% at 17921.1.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 156.7 points or 0.55% at 28499.7.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 39.78 points or 0.44% at 8993.59.

On BSE,1772 shares were trading in green, 1022 were trading in red and 126 were unchanged.
