CMS Info Systems has allotted 374,635 equity shares under ESOP on 30 August 2022. Consequent to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 1,53,68,91,930/- consisting of 15,36,89,193 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each to Rs. 1,540,638,280/- consisting of 154,063,828 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each.
