Board of TD Power Systems approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 30 August 2022

The Board of TD Power Systems at its meeting held on 30 August 2022 has approved the sub-division of existing One (1) Equity Share having face value of Rs.10/- each into Five (5) Equity Shares having face value of Rs.2/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and regulators/statutory approvals as may be required.
