Axis Bank allots 17,981 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 17,981 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on June 20, 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,27,34,532(307,13,67,266 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,27,70,494 (307,13,85,247 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each)
