Avenue Supermarts gains 11% in three days post June quarter 2022 biz update

Shares of Avenue Supermarts (DMart) were up nearly 4 per cent to Rs 3,774.30 on the BSE in Wednesday’s trade, after they surged 11 per cent in the past three trading days, despite the company reported a weak revenue in an update for the first quarter of financial year 2022-23 (Q1FY23). DMart is one of the largest food and grocery retailers in India.

The board of directors of Avenue Supermarts is scheduled to meet on Saturday, July 09, 2022 to consider and approve un-audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 (Q1FY23).
