Commonwealth Games 2022 medal tally: India finishes at 4th spot in CWG

India finishes their campaign at 4th spot with 61 medals. While India Men's Hockey team lost to Australia, PV Sindhu, Lakshya Sen and Chirag Shetty-Sairaj Satwik Rankireddy bags gold for India.

The final day of the Commonwealth games 2022  witnessed six medal matches. While PV Sindhu, Lakshya Sen and Chirag Shetty-Sairaj Satwik Rankireddy duo bagged gold, the Indian hockey team lost to Australia in the men's hockey team final, and managed to get the silver.

In Table Tennis, Achanta Sharath Kamal clinched a gold for India, while Sathiyan Gnanasekaran got his much-deserved bronze medal. With this, India ends their campaign on  a happy note and stays ahead of New Zealand.
