As the electric vehicle (EV) adoption grows in India, the electric two-wheeler sales volume in the country is likely to reach 22 million by 2030, a report showed on Wednesday
The company intends to buy back 5.43 million shares, aggregating up to 1.88 per cent of its paid-up share capital via the open market at Rs 4,600 per share.
Electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy on Wednesday said it has joined hands with Bharat FIH, a Foxconn Technology Group company, to develop and manufacture key components for the former's scooters.
"The financial strength of the company augurs well and will help it successfully navigate itself into the future despite these trying times," said Chairman Pawan Kant Munjal
Indian two-wheeler majors Hero MotoCorp and Bajaj Auto are the biggest beneficiaries of this surge and, between the two, they are estimated to control about half of the local market there
