Indowind Energy Ltd on Friday said its board has approved the allotment of over 1.75 crore shares for Rs 12 per equity share. This price includes a premium of Rs 2 on each share, Indowind Energy said in a regulatory filing. "In the meeting held on March 31, 2023, the Board considered and approved the allotment of 1,75,93,294 equity shares at a price of Rs 12 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 2 per equity share) (allotment)," it said. In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 89,74,14,860 (8,97,41,486 equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 107,33,47,800 (10,73,34,780 equity shares of Rs 10 each), it added.

Shares of seven Adani Group companies out of the ten listed entities settled higher on Friday, with Adani Enterprises jumping 2 per cent amid a positive momentum in equity markets. At the close of the session, seven of the group firms including Adani Enterprises closed in the green territory while three were in the red. Shares of Adani Enterprises climbed 1.88 per cent to settle at Rs 1,877.15 per scrip on BSE. The flagship firm's market valuation rose to Rs 2.13 lakh crore. Kirloskar Oil Engines' promoter entities on Wednesday divested 17.71 per cent stake in the company for Rs 825 crore through open market transactions. The promoter and promoter group which offloaded the shares include Jyotsna Gautam Kulkarni, Ambar Gautam Kulkarni and Nihal Gautam Kulkarni. Nomura Trust and Banking Co. Ltd, Societe Generale, Sageone Investment Managers LLP, the Regents of the University of California, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Max Life Insurance Company and DSP Mutual Fund, among others, were the buyers of the shares. According to the block deal data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the promoter and promoter group sold a total of 2,56,22,987 shares, amounting to 17.71 per cent stake in the company. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 322 each scrip, taking the total transaction value to Rs 825.06 crore. Shares of Adani Group companies closed higher on Wednesday, with the flagship Adani Enterprises closing at a month's high following a six-day gaining streak. Some of the group stocks also hit their upper circuit levels after the group announced that it has repaid share-based financing of Rs 7,374 crore (over USD 900 million) and will prepay all such remaining loans by the end of the month. Air cooler and appliances maker Symphony on Wednesday reported 85.71 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 39 crore for the third quarter ended December 2022. The company had logged a net profit of Rs 21 crore in October-December period a year ago, Symphony said in a regulatory filing. Revenue from operations rose 35.12 per cent to Rs 277 crore during the quarter under review against Rs 205 crore in the year-ago period. This was led by robust off-season sales and quite positive and buoyant trade sentiment during the quarter, Symphony said in its earnings statement. The company's revenue from the Indian market was at Rs 198 crore, while the global markets contributed Rs 79 crore. Shares of Tata Motors jumped 6 per cent on Tuesday after the company-owned Jaguar Land Rover reported a 15 per cent increase in wholesales to 79,591 units for the third quarter ended December 2022. The stock rallied 6.07 per cent to settle at Rs 413.05 apiece on the BSE. During the day, it climbed 7.26 per cent to Rs 417.70. On the NSE, it gained 5.91 per cent to end at Rs 412.50 per share. Indowind Energy board on Tuesday approved a rights issue of 3.58 crore equity shares for Rs 43.07 crore. The right issue will be opened on January 27, 2023, and will be closed on February 10, 2023, a BSE filing showed.
