TD Power Systems on Wednesday posted nearly three per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 20.07 crore in the quarter ended December 2022. The consolidated net profit of the company was Rs 19.53 crore in the corresponding quarter that ended on December 31, 2021, showed a BSE filing. Total income rose to Rs 205.65 crore in the quarter from Rs 183.06 crore in the same period a year ago. Board has also declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 (fifty paise) per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each to the equity shareholders of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2023. The payment of dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration.

Torrent Pharma on Wednesday said its consolidated net profit increased by 14 per cent to Rs 283 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2022. The drug firm had reported a net profit of Rs 249 crore in the October-December period of previous fiscal. Net sales increased to Rs 2,459 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 2,092 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's board, which met on Wednesday, declared an interim dividend of Rs 14 (280 per cent) per share of Rs 5 each. On Wednesday, shares of the company ended 1.86 per cent down at Rs 1,557.50 apiece on the BSE.
So far, the company's dividend payout in FY23 stands at Rs 25,465 crore, more than the FY22 number of Rs 16,740 crore

State-owned gas utility GAIL (India) Ltd has declared a second interim dividend of 50 per cent (Rs 5 per share) for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. The total dividend payout will be Rs 2,220.19 crore with a record date of March 22, the company said in a statement. "The decision (to issue dividend) was taken by the board of directors of GAIL, a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, at their meeting here on March 11," it said. For the current fiscal 2021-22, GAIL has already declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share to its shareholders in December 2021. Natural gas producer and distributor GAIL has announced a second interim dividend of Rs 5 per share for the fiscal year FY22.
Power Finance Corporation on Friday said it has paid Rs 886.97 crore as an interim dividend to the government for the financial year 2021-22. This is in addition to Rs 333 crore and Rs 370 crore paid as first and second interim dividend, respectively, earlier, Power Finance Corporation (PFC) said in a statement. PFC CMD Ravinder Singh Dhillon presented the interim dividend RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) intimation advice of Rs 886.97 crore to Minister for Power, New & Renewable Energy RK Singh in the presence of the Power Secretary Alok Kumar and other senior ministry and company officials. The third interim dividend at a rate of Rs 6 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each was declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 11, 2022. "With this, PFC has so far paid interim dividends amounting to Rs 2,838 crore to its shareholders...for the financial year 2021-22, which is the highest ever dividend paid by PFC," it said.
The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend, if declared, is being fixed as March 10, the filing said
