The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has said that the Babri Masjid will remain a mosque because once a mosque is established at a spot, it remains one till eternity.
The bench was annoyed with the number of writ petitions being filed by various individuals and organisations and said there are over 20 petitions pending on the same issue of Triple Talaq
"The board is firm on its decision to file a review petition in the Supreme Court and we have time till December 9 for doing so," Secretary of the Board Zafaryab Jilani told PTI.
