Economic meltdown is having a mixed effect on the sale of luxury brands in India. On one hand, some brands are getting the benefits of this slowdown but on the other hand the crisis has put a dent in the consumer's spending power. The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Chroma, a consumer electronics retail chain from the house of Tata has some positive views on this global aspect.
