BSE closes points 118.26 down on May 7

New Delhi, May 7 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 118.26 points down to stand at 26,599.11. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 39.70 points down to stand at 8,057.30. IIFL and DEN were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 5.14% and 3.62% along with CMC and SUN TV with an increase of 3.43% and 3.35% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include JETAIRWAYS and BEML with a decrease of 8.88% and 8.26% along with IFCI and PFC with a decrease of 7.02% and 6.90% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 202.87 points at 17,892.18 while the banking sector is down 475.42 points at 19,944.06 and the realty sector is down at 34.39 points at 1,527.30. The Indian currency is up 1.02 % at Rs 64.18 per dollar.
