The issue constitute 13.18% of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company.The Face Value of the equity shares is Rs. 10. The issue price is 46.8 times of the Face Value

Objective of issue

To meet expenses of cons. & dev. of certain projs.. To pre-pay the loan from IDFC. For meeting expenses of general corporate purposes.
