SignatureGlobal India Ltd IPO Details

Initial public offer of 18,961,038# equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each (Equity Shares) of Signatureglobal (India) Limited (Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 385 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 384 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 730.00# crores (the Offer) comprising a fresh issue of 15,662,337# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 603.00# crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 3,298,701# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 127.00# crores by the International Finanace Corporation, as the selling shareholder (the Offered Shares). The offer shall constitute 13.49% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The offer price is Rs. 385 per equity share and is 385 times the face value of the equity shares.#Subject to finalisation of basis of allotment.

Objective of issue

Re-payment or pre-payment, in full or in part of certain borrowings availed by the company. Infusion of funds in certain of the subsidiary namely Signatureglobe Homes, Singnature Infrabuild, Signatureglobe Developers & Sternal Buildcon for re-payment or pre-payment, in full or in part of certain borrowings availed by the Subsidiaries. Inorganic growth through land acquisition and general corporate purposes.
