Initial public offering of up to 2,02,04,618 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Quality Power Electrical Eqipments Limited (The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 425 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 415 per equity share) (Offer Price) aggregating up to Rs. 858.70 crores (Offer). The offer comprises of a fresh issue of up to 52,94,118 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 225.00 crores (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 14,910,500 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 633.70 crores by Chitra Pandyan (the Promoter Selling Shareholder) (the Offer for Sale). The offer will constitute [*] % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. Price Band: Rs. 425 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.The Floor price is 42.50 times the face value of the equity shares respectively.Bids can be made for a minimum of 26 equity shares and in multiple of 26 equity shares thereafter.
