Tejas Networks has allotted 28,132 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2022. Consequent to the allotment made on 24 June 2022, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,51,52,40,180 /- divided into 15,15,24,018 equity shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 1,51,49,58,860 /- divided into 15,14,95,886 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
