Spandana Sphoorty Financial to raise up to Rs 40 cr via NCD issue

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has on 07 September 2022 approved the issuance of 400 Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Principal Protected, Market Linked, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs. 40 crore on a private placement basis with a green shoe option up to Rs. 20 crore in the form of Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Principal Protected, Market Linked, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each on private placement basis.
