SecMark Consultancy hit an upper circuit limit of 20% at Rs 188.20 after the company said its board will consider a bonus share issue on 23 August 2022.
The company's board is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, 23 August 2022, to recommend and consider issue of bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the company.The board will also consider the proposal of migrating the company from SME platform of BSE to main board of BSE and listing on the main board of National Stock Exchange of India.
Shares of SecMark Consultancy have risen 39.41% in three days.

On a consolidated basis, SecMark Consultancy's net profit surged 68.2% to Rs 2.64 crore on 87.1% surge in total income to Rs 15.17 crore in the year ended March 2022 over the year ended March 2021.
